<i_freetext>Intervention 1: In exposure dressing the burn wounds cleaned and necrotic tissues was removed, then washed with baby shampoo followed by normal saline solution. After that, the wounds were dried with sterile gauze and covered with silver sulfadiazine cream in depth 16 millimeter. In next day same procedure was repeated, and during the first week of treatment sample was taken from the wound before dressing and transferred to transport medium for the culture. Intervention 2: In occlusive dressing after the treatment wounds would be covered with sterile gauze. The following day and during the first week of dress changing before dressing samples were taken from wounds and inoculated into transfer media for the culturing in the laboratory .This process will be continued until complete recovery.
