      <results_summary>Introduction: Infertility in men is one of the most important medical problems due to impaired sperm production is. Different treatment of infertility in most ways, the cost of these ways are very high. The use of medicinal plants due to the low complication rate and low cost is important. In this study, we tried a combination of several plants combined with our assessment.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Methods and Materials: This interventional (before and after) was carried out among infertile men who referred to the hospital in Alzahra-Tabriz university of medical sciences(Feb 2013 to Feb 2014) 40 cases randomly selected for a period of 6 months of treatment The combination of 7 plants, including onions, ginger, basil, cinnamon, orange peel, yellow and red watermelon seeds in capsules of 700 mg (once daily) groups. Before and after treatment, the patients blood and semen fluid (standard procedure), were analyzed to assess the taking.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Results: The number of sperm, the sperm overall, moving forward sperm morphology and sperm healthy,Testosterone ,cholesterol and  blood sugar levels before and after taking the drug showed a marked improvement. The total volume of liquid semen, blood cholesterol ,glucose and  LH in Herbal mixture  did not change. 7 couples during the study and after three months, six months of drug treatment without the use of assisted reproductive techniques(ART) were pregnant.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Conclusion: The use of this herbal combination formula uncomplicated, low cost and good relative performance significantly (P </results_summary>
