Intervention 1: Intervention group: Mothers in the intervention group will receive face to face counseling and education about postpartum lifestyle and booklet, also messages about health and nutrition will be sent to the mobile phone of mothers and their husbands. Intervention 2: Control group: The control group will not receive the intervention.
