Intervention 1: Face to face and non face to face stress management education to Myocardial Infarction patients. This structured education program is including problem solving skills and relaxation technique. The education will be started during residence of patients in the hospital and continued in the patients' home by booklets and CD- ROM. Intervention 2: The ward education routine - the researcher doesn't perform any education.
