Intervention 1: Intervention group: The students who are caring of elderly for 10 days (everyday, 2-3 elderly will be assigned to each student. The students will care for the elderly, including communication with them, walking with elderly within the elderly hospice, doing geriatric comprehensive health assessment, listing the elders nursing problems and implementing routine, supportive and therapeutic nursing care for them. Intervention 2: Control Group: The students who attend in other wards of the hospital.
