In this method after harvesting temporalis fascia, we let the fascia dry in the room temperature for about 10 minutes . the technique that we used to put the graft in its places was underlay technique. Intervention 2: Myringoplasty using fresh temporalis fascia. In this method we used the graft right after harvesting temporalis fascia. the technique that we used to put the graft in its places was underlay technique.
