In this study we uses single dose suppository morphine(10 mg) produce in Hamblen CO,Germany and intravenous pethidine(20 mg) produce in Aboureyhan CO,Iran At the enf of surgery. N/A Pain. Intervention 1: In first intervention group ,use of 10 mg suppository morphine at the end of surgery and before extubation. Intervention 2: In the second intervention, use of 20 mg intravenous pethidine at the end of surgery and before extubation.
