Intervention 1: In this study two groups of control and interference randomly would be selected from 21 provinces. The interference team involving 64 people, will participate in two reproductive health workshops for three days in yazd and golestan province, based on international training standards. The impact of training workshops would be evaluated, how it works on knowledge, attitude and the practical function advancement of Red Crescent midwives which is done through a questionnaire before and 2 months after intervention . Intervention 2: The control team involving 64 people . This group would be selected among untrained midwives randomly from 21 mentioned provinces.They will complete this questionnaire too. This group wont be trained.
