N/A Proper antibiotic usage. Intervention 1: In control group ,education will be conducted based on rou tine plan of health centers. Intervention 2: Intervention program will take place over a month of training sessions (four weeks with one session weekly) in form of blended education training (lecture ,question and answer). 130 participants intervention group and 130 participants in control group. Every session will take 30 to 45 minutes. In these sessions, the attempt is sharing necessary information and instructions on the concept of self-care and rational use of antibiotics.
