In the intervention group, triage training workshop will be conducted for them, however, in control group triage training workshop will not be conducted. Both groups will be matched in terms of demographic variables. N/A Training of emergency severity index triage. Intervention 1: Intervention group: Training of emergency severity index triage based on the latest guideline in two 60 minute sessions. Intervention 2: Control group: The intervention in this group will be experimental learning during the one month course in the emergency department.
