Intervention 1: Intervention: The course items chosen for teaching is practical fundamental of nursing included 8 procedures (eight session) comprises: Subcutaneous injection, Intradermal injection, blood pressure measurement, tracheostomy care, change dressing, gavage and lavage, oxygen therapy and Canulation change taken in the first second semester that offer to the students By concept mapping to enable them to provide a concept map of the content, at the end of the each session, with the necessary feedback, a maps are corrected. Intervention 2: Control: The course items chosen for teaching is practical fundamental of nursing included 8 procedures (eight session) comprises: Subcutaneous injection, Intradermal injection, blood pressure measurement, tracheostomy care, change dressing, gavage and lavage, oxygen therapy and Canulation change taken in the first second semester that offer to the students with using lecturing and audiovisual material by reasearcher.
