      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group will attend in four reflection sessions,two hours for each session.In the first session ,a breif description of spiritual care principle is presented then in each three next sessions ,two  various scenarios is rethaught and discussed.Reflection sessions are cotrolled by the leader of each group based on Gibs model.Gibs cycle includes expression of feelings and affections,event description,evaluation,analysis,conclusion,and practical planning.In this direction,question related to each scenario is created and controlled (scenarios,using the specific texts,will be studied and approved by at least three faculty  members).All of the principles of group learning will be considered .In all of the sessions ,one person as a researcher assistant registers information,participants  states ,and the atmosphere of the group. Intervention 2: Control group will attend in a two hours session in which spirituality &amp;spiritual care subjects in form of lecture with educational media will be taught by the researcher of this study.</i_freetext>

Exclusion criteria: attending in educational courses in field of spiritual care before this study; more than two sessions absence in reflection classes; deciding not to participate in every stage of this study or after that.</inclusion_criteria>
