Exclusion criteria: aged less than 18 years; patients with hepatic disorders; patients with nephritic syndrome; Hemodinamically unstable; increased lactate in serum; Pregnant women. 18 years 80 years Both E46 Protein-energy imbalance NOS Rehabilitation Enteral feeding by open and closed formula in delayed and early feeding groups over 7 days Serum high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein.
