N/A Attntion Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Intervention 1: Children intervention group treated with Ritalin standard drug with 20-30 mg oral daily in 3 month before and then parental management training in five session (90 minute) .Sessions included: Session 1: Self-introduction to parents , providing the parents with explanations about goals of the sessions ,and presenting the questionnaire Conners' Parent Rating Scale-Revised (CPRS-R) .Providing proper understanding of ADHD (in this session, parents are offered full explanations about ADHD (according to DSM-IV). What is the treatment for this disorder? Pharmacotherapy, individual psychotherapies (behavioral and cognitive-behavioral), and family training. Session 2 : Techniques for Managing and Controlling Children's' Behavior: Increasing parents' attention to children's positive behaviors through parents' use of positive reinforcement; overlooking inappropriate, non-harmful behavior. Session 3: Training the parents on [1] how to express what the child has done, [2] how to express only one rational, clear and understandable demand for the child, and [3] quickly satisfying the demand for the child. Session 4: Adopting the method of behavior cost and deprivation method Session 5: Generalizing management skills to other places and dealing with disobediences. Intervention 2: Children control group treated with Ritalin standard drug with 20-30 mg oral daily in 3 month before and then parental management training in five session (90 minute). in control group and their parents presented with the questionnaire Conners' Parent Rating Scale-Revised (CPRS-R).
