N/A Suicide attempt. Intervention 1: In face to face follow up, we will evaluate mental status and problems of patient in a brief interview (about 20 minutes) and compare it with last session. Then we will explain them medications or psychological treatments due to interview and their problems. We will speak about psychological treatments, CBT, problem solving, copying mechanisms due to their problems, them will answer their questions about that and he or she will refer to a psychologist, psychiatrist or social worker. We will follow up the result in next session. (In face to face follow up we will evaluate the mental status and problems of the patient, risks for patient’s health, proposed therapeutic strategies and lead them to an appropriate treatment).
