      <i_freetext>First session:The introduction of the researcher and and orientation to patients and their mothers and express the overall aims of the research and take written consent and  give  questionnaires to mothers who participated in the intervention. Second session: providing the right environment for verbal and nonverbal communication  and attention to the words of mother, give feedback, creation and develop trust. Third session: Encouraged mother for expressing of problems that created in the family, mothers said  about their feeling of the spiritual practices that have done (patience, forgiveness, prayer) and expressed her sense of it. Fourth session: Education and presentation information about the side effects of the treatment and control of symptoms.  fifth session: Encourage the mother to express her spiritual problems and assist in valuing the ideas and resources that will empower her. Sixth session: Ask open questions such as "Are there any questions you would like to know the answer?" And "Is there anything I should be aware of it, and you want to share with me?", at the end of meetings, co researcher give questionnaires to the mothers to complete..</i_freetext>
