Intervention 1: The intervention group 1:We take a pre-test from children before intervention then educational intervention, include showing the multimedia in order to orient the surgery ward, recovery room, monitoring equipment and oxygen mask. After the intervention be take post test, from both groups in the morning of surgery in surgical ward. Intervention 2: The intervention group 2: We take a pre-test from children before intervention then educational intervention, include oral education to parents about surgery and strategies of reducing children's anxiety. After the intervention be take post test, from both groups in the morning of surgery in surgical ward.
