Exclusion criteria: women with breast cancer were older than 69 years, unwillingness to cooperate and death. 18 years 69 years Female C50 malignant neoplasm of breast Lifestyle Placebo 8 sessions self care program based on Orem's model is conduct during two months،once a week for 45 minutes . the training counseling is through lectures and discussion for patients in experimental group based on educational needs The control group will not received intervention Quality of life.
