N/A anxiety due to patients transferring. Intervention 1: The purpose of this research intervention of liaison nurse and actions that will be carried out by him. Interventions include: "The study of patient records in starting the intervention, explaining the reason for the transfer, the number of employees and facilities in ward to the patient and his family,emotional support of patients from time inform him of the transfer and during hospitalization ,explain to the nurse in charge of patient care in ward about process conducted in the intensive care unit and patient care needs, review of drugs that the in the ward is receiving (It should be noted that the liaison nurse, before transferring patient records will fully review) Meeting patient in ward explaining the current situation and progress made by the liaison nurse in the ward to patient and family will be carried out. The number liaison nurse the patients will be tested and if need be in contact with him. Intervention 2: Control group: routine care during patient transport.
