Intervention 1: Intervention group: Nurses will participate in 4 sessions of the 2-hour ethics training course, which will be held on a weekly basis and complete Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire and Kogan's Attitudes toward Older People Scale at the beginning of the plan, 4 weeks and 12 weeks after the start of the project. Intervention 2: Control group: Nurses don't attend any classroom and only complete Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire and Kogan's Attitudes toward Older People Scale at the beginning of the plan, 4 weeks and 12 weeks after the start of the project.
