N/A The effectiveness of an Interprofessional Education Model (IPE) based on trans-theoretical theory (TTM) on the interprofessional behavioral change and readiness to change at emergency ward. Intervention 1: The educational intervention based on IPE model was designed based on the TTM theory. The participants will classify based on their stage of readiness to change. The interventions were two-day workshops for each stage. The educational will developed based on the core competencies of interprofessional collaboration that included teamwork, interprofessional collaboration, challenge management, role and responsibility of the team members, and interprofessional communication skills competencies by interactive teaching methods. Intervention 2: Intervention will not conduct in control group.
