<i_freetext>The executive stages of this study consisted 7 sessions that all sessions performed between 7 to 10 am with moral committee confirm of faculty of physical education Ferdowsi university of Mashhad. The resistance exercise protocol included 8 motion: chest press, pull down, leg press, elbow flexion, elbow extension, leg flexion and shoulder press. In this protocol, every motion performed as 3 sets of 10 repetitions with 80% of one repetition maximum and 1 minute rest between sets with isotonic contraction machines. The endurance training protocol was a training session by ergometer bicycle, which was carried out by 60 to 70 percent of peak oxygen uptake. In the rest session, subjects sat without exercise or stress. subjects`s Meals were equivalent to 5 kcal per kilogram of body weight containing 65 percent carbohydrates, 20 percent fat and 15 percent protein and the toast and cream cheese with the standard mark were used. In the first session, the body mass index was measured and the health, the nutrition condition and the physical activity assessment questionnaires were completed. The second session, was included measuring body fat percentage and body composition by body composition analyzer (Inbody 720) made in South Korea, medical examinations, familiarity with how to research and completing the ethical consent form. In the third session, maximum oxygen consumption was determined with Astrand aerobic fitness test. The fourth session was dedicated to determine the maximum strength of the muscles involved in the selective movements using one repetition maximum method. In the fifth, sixth and seventh sessions, resistance exercise, endurance exercise and rest (control session) was administered with taking time about 45 minutes in each session after spending 2.5 hours of meals..</i_freetext>
