N/A Condition 1: Cardiac Angina. Condition 2: Myocardial Infarction. Condition 3: Heart Failure. Condition 4: Arrhythmias and cardiac blocks. Intervention 1: The intervention group: first needs assessment form is given to patients, after identifying the needs, face to face education for 30 to 45 minutes in two sessions will done. then follow up by telephone in two sessions, for 30 to 45 minutes will done. Educations is done with an emphasis on the educational needs of cardiac patients. Intervention 2: in the control group won't done any intervention.
