Intervention 1: intervention group: this group will know about the dry socket in a 20-minutes session, giving out a designed pamphlet based on the information-motivation-behavior skills model and will be trained about after-extraction cares. these cares include keeping gauze on the socket of tooth for one hour, not spitting, not drinking liquids by straw, not eating or drinking hot food or hot liquid for one day and gargling with saline the next day. Intervention 2: control group: this group will receive the common teaching of the surgery department that is keeping gauze on the socket of tooth for one hour.
