 Among women referred for evaluation of Iranian women's health or growth monitoring in children, 4 women married to purposive sampling method using a semi-structured interview will be selected by the researcher, And people who have inclusion criteria were selected and will be studied during purposes .The dependent variable in this study is sexual satisfaction,That will be assessed with a score of less than 50 Inventory sexual satisfaction in married women (MWSSQ). At first of all people have a pre-test, then every week after consulting the test repeated.  The number of sessions eight meetings and time of each session1/5- 2  hour. Intervention during the eighth session will be consulting with problem-solving approach. Individual sessions, one session per week, scheduled to be held between counselor and client. Married women will be evaluated by using sexual satisfaction questionnaire (MWSSQ) pre-consultation and after consultation, at the beginning of every meeting of the third session by the end of sessions.       <inclusion_criteria>Inclusion criteria were: literate, married women; Iranian nationality;  passing at least one year from the marriage time; age between 40-20 years old; once married; not pregnant; the right to privacy (bedrooms or common ground); having an interest in participating in the study; lack of sexual disorder treatment; no history of mental illness and chronic physical therapy; to participate simultaneously in the same study; the consent of the wife; not the couples on the verge of divorce and separation; assessment questionnaire score of less than 50% of sexual satisfaction in married women (MWSSQ). Inclusion criteria: more than two sessions absence; failure to complete the questionnaire during meetings; pregnancy; failure to cooperate in meetings.</inclusion_criteria>
