Intervention 1: This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 64 nursing students (in their third semester) who had chosen evaluation of health status course in Qom Islamic Azad University. The students were randomly divided into two groups of cases (32 persons). Asking questions and problem-solving resources was introduced by instructor. Problem-based learning group was divided into 5 sub-groups of 7-6 members and one member of the group was selected as guide and supervisor. Members of each group were working under the supervision of head and head were under their supervision. So as to implement, in the first session, stated educational goals and 2 clinical cases with radiographs, slides and classroom were raised key questions related to gastro-intestinal diseases.
