First session consisted of introducing the researcher and familiarizing with patients and explaining the overall purpose of the research. Next sessions included providing a decent environment by installing beautiful nature holy places images and talking with the patient, Providing verbal and non-verbal communication, focusing on patient's words, giving feedback, creating and developing trust, designing patient's spiritual concerns by asking questions such as "How does spiritual belief affect your health decisions?" and " Whom do you rely on in the hardships and problems? Considering the spiritual behaviors of a patient, such as praying or reading Quran, and using adaptation strategies such as praise and invocations .In order to respect the spiritual believes of the patient, he/she was encouraged and protected to use spiritual resources ; express family-related problems; promote family relationships and the researcher tried to provide responses to patient's concerns and complaints. The presence of a religious specialist in the department is necessary to talk with patients about other interventions. Intervention 2: Control group: In this group, no intervention was performed. At first, the questionnaires were completed by the patients and after one month, the questionnaire complete by same peoples. again.
