N/A Hemodialysis. Intervention 1: Intervention Group: Six face to face educational session will be done with patients and also their participation. Self-transcendence questionnaire will be completed by samples before and two week after intervention. In first session, educational needs of participants will be asked and it will be prioritized and in other sessions they will be discussed. Intervention 2: Control: There isn't any intervention in control group.

Tehran Iran (Islamic Republic of) +98 21 6641 8590 milani2000ir@yahoo.com; milani@shahed.ac.ir Nursing Faculty of Shahed University Iran (Islamic Republic of) Inclusion criteria: tendency to participate in research; age older than18 and younger than 60 years old; ability of speaking and completing the questionnaire; having hemodialysis duration between 6 months to 5 years; if the duration of dialysis is more than 5 years and their points in needs assessment questionnaire are less than 45 points they will be included in the study sample; ability of hearing and speaking to participate in face to face education; favorable moral and psychological status for participating in educational program. having regular hemodialysis in week, 2 or 3 times. Exclusion criteria: don’t have tendency to participate through the process of research; having physical or psychological problem; participating in another research with education. 18 years 60 years Both Z49.2 Extracorporeal dialysis Lifestyle Lifestyle Intervention Group: Six face to face educational session will be done with patients and also their participation.
