<i_freetext>Intervention 1: case group: In this study, educational intervention was designed based on pre-test data in the case group. Educational intervention was conducted in five sessions and each session was performed for 30 minutes. The content of the training includes environmental issues including water and energy conservation, waste disposal and wastewater, climate and air pollution, that were prepared by handbook, posters and educational pamphlets and provided to health instructor, parents and students. Methods such as lectures, face to face training, question and answer were used in educational sessions. Also, for more oral education, the virtual network was used. Intervention 2: Control group: At the end of the study, the intervention was presented to the control group.</i_freetext>
