<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Single blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: Samples were selected by Cluster random method. In the first stage of sampling, a list of schools was provided in four education districts of Shiraz and a code was given to each school. Subsequently, a boys school and a girls school were randomly selected from each district. In the second stage, two available classes including 20 students were selected. Then, one of the groups was randomly educated by the lecture method and the next one by the game method, Blinding description: A formal letter from Department of Education was sent to selected schools and time was set for educational intervention in students. In this study, school administrators and students were unaware of different educational methods. Schools, classes, and students were coded. َAlthough the evaluators were aware of the groups' responses, there was no possibility to enter their opinion because the test had questions with four options.</study_design>
