First session: Use of group discussion on hand washing and its importance by participants, the lecture with slide about  hospital infections by the researcher.                                                                                  second session:  The lecture with slide about  hand washing based on approved protocols, provide group discussion about  barriers of hand washing and factors that motivate and encourage hand hygiene by participants.                                                                                                  Third session and fourth session: Review previous sessions, a group discussion on the role of other people, such as colleagues and physicians, in the proper handling of hands, summing up through the group discussion and question of the influence of participants from  people. Intervention 2: Control group: The control group receives only routine training at this time.</i_freetext>
