So, The wards will randomize to intervention and control groups. There are two ICU wards (number 1 and 2) in Kowsar Hospital which by simple random method (coin tossing) one ward allocated to the intervention group and next to the control group.</study_design>

      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: In the intervention group, a one-day workshop will be held in two rounds of six hours. The workshop holds up using educational tools including Laptop, Projector, PowerPoint, Group discussion, Short film screenings and presenting the scenario of the end of life nursing care. Then during the six weeks after the workshop, in the intervention ward brochure, and posters on end-of-life care will be installed. A virtual training group will be established for the intervention group and will provide educational clips and key messages. Intervention 2: In the control group, no educational intervention will be performed.</i_freetext>
