N/A Condition 1: Sleep quality in shift work nurse. Condition 2: Depression. Condition 3: Anxiety. Intervention 1: Intervention group: : Oxygen with mask, 3 liter per minute for 20 minute after finishing night shift in rest room. Intervention 2: Intervention group: Oxygen with nasal canola, 3 liter per minute for 20 minute after finishing night shift in rest room. Intervention 3: Intervention group: Compact air with mask, 3 minute for 20 minute after finishing night shift in rest room. Intervention 4: Intervention group: Oxygen 3 liter per minute with mask by deep breathing for 2 minute after finishing night shift in rest room.In this study deep breathing is receiving oxygen by deep inspiration, holding that for 5 second, then expiration.
