      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Double blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Supportive, Randomization description: The samples were randomly divided into two intervention and control groups by randomization method. We wrote the names of 70 participants and gave each person a code from 1 to 70 then, using a random number table with a computer software, 35 of them first came out of the table. The intervention group and 35 people whose code was taken out of the table later, the control group was selected, Blinding description: The 70 participants in the study did not know that they were either in the control group or the intervention group. The investigator also did not know that the 70 participants who entered the intervention group and who entered the control group (double blind).</study_design>
