      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Double blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Other design features: An experimental study was performed by random sampling in control and intervention groups. After assigning the groups to the control group and the pre-test group, the same group was taken from both groups and after training the groups under the same conditions And the same environment was performed by our post test, Randomization description: Student names were received from college education and were graduated in alphabetical order and placed in the envelope: Using a milk or line test method: two randomly selected items were randomly assigned to one group:  Then intervention and control groups were randomly assigned:, Blinding description: Students in the control and intervention group, near - peer students and instructure did not know their belongings to the groups. The final test was also conducted by a nursing instructure who did not know about belonging to the groups and was not involved in education.</study_design>

      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the intervention group, education was conducted by senior undergraduate nursing students asnear - peer group. A group of seven of the best students of the last year had the highest grade,and sufficient proficiency in teaching materials, selected and trained.After them how they functioned by coaches, the training program in the near - peer group was close to them. For each of the eight students, a near - peer was trained.Before the pretest training, participants were taken from the pre-test and after the training, a post test test was taken from the participants. Intervention 2: Control group: The control group includes first year nursing students who received the same training in the same nursing instructor in the hospital. Before the pretest training, participants were taken and after the training, a post test test was taken from the participants.</i_freetext>
