Intervention 1: Intervention group: First, MDS-R questionnaire and informed consent form and demographic information questionnaire will be completed by the members of both groups.For the intervention group, the workshop will be held 6 hours a day for two days (a total of 12 hours)By professors in the field of professional nursing ethics.The workshop content will be consulted with the hospital nursing managers.Two weeks after the workshop, the MDS-R questionnaire will be completed again by members of the intervention and control group.Members of the intervention group will be members of a virtual group in a messenger network.
