N/A Condition 1: Opioid use disorder. Condition 2: attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder in adults. Intervention 1: Intervention group: dialectical behavioral therapy which includes emotion regulation , distress tolerance , mindfulness and effective communication in twelve sixty to ninety minute sessions , twice a week , done in groups with Methadone maintenance treatment (MMT). Intervention 2: Control group: methadone maintenance therapy.
