      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Other, Purpose: Prevention, Randomization description: The study was a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population consisted of all patients admitted to Tolo Rehabilitation Center. For this purpose, 40 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Tolo Rehabilitation Center who met the inclusion criteria were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into experimental (n = 20) and control (n = 20). 20), were replaced. Consideration needs to be given and what behaviors you should learn to prepare for discharge and continue treatment.Session 4: Planning Your Community Return You will talk to the therapist individually about where you live, how you will be financed, and how you will continue to receive other community services. This meeting will help you become more involved in planning for your future. Chapter 5: Community Relationship In this meeting you will review resources and services available in the community and meet with a person in the community (eg, a worker) who will later Getting in touch can help you stay in touch. Studies have shown that meeting with a mental health worker before discharge increases the likelihood of continuing treatment after discharge and continuing your recovery.Session 6: Dealing With Stress in Your Community In your sixth session, you will discuss how to deal with stress in the community.
