Random Allocation software was used. Medical interns were divided randomly into two groups of 28 people, Blinding description: The statistical analyst was unaware of the defined codes for training methods in random allocation. Intervention 1: Intervention group: The training was done by simulation method.In the simulated method, all the topics were presented as lectures and then all the steps on the collage were taught in a practical manner similar to the actual situation. Intervention 2: Control group: Teaching was done using the lecture method.Lessons were delivered internally through lectures or using PowerPoint. Other methods such as instructional videos or practical exercises were not used.
