Study participants will be randomly assigned to multimedia or face to face training method group using a lottery process. N/A Condition 1: Training and in-service education of emergency technicians. Condition 2: ambulance services for pregnant women. Intervention 1: Intervention group: For the E-content group, the educational content about ambulance services for pregnant women will be designed and produced. The multimedia content will be distributed via CD for the use of technicians in this group. Furthermore a Whats app group will be activated for interactions among participants and educator. Intervention 2: Control group: For the face to face group, the educational content about ambulance services for pregnant women will be presented in a face to face format via lecture accompanied by power-point, film, image and educational mannequin.
