      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Factorial, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: Urmia Health Centers will be classified into three levels 1, 2 and 3 based on economic and social conditions. Then, from each level, 2 centers are randomly selected from all the centers by lottery method.       <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: Providing effective exercises and information about physical activity during pregnancy in the form of videos, photos and educational texts with the aim of changing the behavioral pattern of physical activity of mothers through cyberspace (creating a channel and virtual group) and using it at home for the comfort of pregnant mothers. The unique dietary  are prepared by a nutritionist and provided to women. The content will be placed in a virtual group for 8 sessions and will be re-evaluated with the tools immediately after the mothers' intervention. Intervention 2: Control group: There is no intervention by the research team and they only receive routine care along with a unique diet  prepared by a nutritionist.</i_freetext>
