He also explaind how to overcome obstacles and some of the general principles related in physical activity and sports. This training session was in the form of a lecture and lasts 30 minutes. Intervention 2: Intervention group: This group also had two training sessions. In each session, in addition to the routine 30 minutes training, an religious expert made a speech about religious education (The words of religious characters and cultural personalities about the importance of doing physical activity and sport, and doing other activities that leads to body movement indirectly will be recited). This training session diuration was about 20 minutes and that was in the form of lecture and group discussion.</i_freetext>

      <inclusion_criteria>Inclusion criteria: 1- Age above 60 2 – Willingness to participate in the study 3- Being Shiite  4- lack of any diseases or a serious disorder that prevents the participants from doing routine physical activity or participating in training sessions (verified by a physician) 5- Having no regular contact or daily conversations with those that have already been recruited in the study (this is to avoid contamination).&#13;
 Exclusion criteria:1- Showing signs of diseases that stops the person from participating in the training sessions or prevent him from doing minimum physical activity after the training sessions (verified by a physician) 2- Missing at least one of the training sessions for any reason</inclusion_criteria>
