      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Supportive, Randomization description: The research units will be selected using convenience  sampling method and the subjects were quad permutation randomization divided into two groups experimental (35) and control (35).</study_design>

      <hc_freetext>Multiple sclerosis.</hc_freetext>
      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this group, the number and duration of nursing process sessions will be determined based on the number of patient goals, desire and fatigue.We will have at least one face-to-face session to review the patient and prioritize goals and care planning for each patient, then the follow-up will be done for 4 consecutive weeks, by phone or through social networks. Then, one month after the intervention, the participants will complete the quality of life questionnaire and the questionnaire of daily life activities. Intervention 2: Control group: The questionnaire of demographic characteristics, quality of life, and questionnaire of activities of daily living questionnaire will be completed by the participants, and the patient examination will be completed by the researcher based on King's goal achievement theory and the GAS scale and the patient will be completed based on King's goal attainment theory and GAS scale by the researcher. For the control group, no interventions are performed and they are subject to the routine program of the MS Association.</i_freetext>

At least 6 months have passed since the diagnosis
Confirmation of the disease by a neurologist
Diagnosis with relapsing and remitting multiple sclerosis
Not being in acute phase of disease
No other physical and mental illnesses (based on medical history)
Able to speak Persian
