      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Other design features: Samples were divided into two groups: the first group was the experimental group with intervention and the second group was the control group without intervention, Randomization description: At first, according to the inclusion criteria, patients are selected and then according to the random sequence obtained through random allocation software, patients will be randomly divided into experimental and control groups. It is an individual randomization unit in such a way that 30 employees of Bandar Anzali customs were selected as mentioned and were classified into two groups of 15 people for testing and control.</study_design>

      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: In this research, the effect of mindfulness training on cognitive flexibility and burnout of Anzali customs staff is studied. The method of this research will be quasi-experimental and pre-test-post-test research design with a control group. The statistical population of this research will consist of all customs employees of Anzali port in 1400. According to available statistics, the number of these people is 68 people. 30 of the mentioned employees will be selected by availability and will be randomly assigned to two groups (15 people in the experimental group and 15 people in the control group).In this research, a mindfulness training package will be used for intervention. This package is based on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and was developed by Van Sun et al. (2011). The package is offered in 8 sessions (90 minutes) which includes mindfulness training with breathing, detailed body examination training, bipolar encounter training, familiarity with bodily senses, empathy and observation of thoughts without judgment. . Mindfulness treatment program is performed for one month (4 weeks) twice a week for 90 minutes. Intervention 2: Control group: 15 customs employees of Bandar Anzali will be tested to check the variables without any training.</i_freetext>
