Intervention group: The starting point of the intervention phase will begin by asking participants to answer a questionnaire containing a set of questions on professional ethical knowledge as well as a set of 20 stories about ethical issues that may arise in the delivery room to determine the extent to which midwives comply with ethical rules in ethical decision-making..
