      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Health service research, Randomization description: In order to determine the intervention and control group, first Imam Reza and Ghaem hospitals are considered as two groups (A and B) and then one hospital is selected as the intervention group and the other as the control group through a lottery.</study_design>

Then, a biographical intervention will be performed and the biographical information of the elderly hospitalized will be provided to the nurses in writing on a daily basis. This process will continue for 6 weeks. Finally, after the intervention, the nurses of both groups will complete The Ageism Scale in Hospital Care again. Intervention 2: Control group:  At first, The Ageism Scale in Hospital Care is completed by nurses. Teaching the concept of ageism and positive aging and the facts of aging along with a positive pattern of aging for nurses will be explained by the researcher. During the 6 weeks, the nurses in the control group will perform usual care for the elderly. Finally, after the intervention in the intervention group, the nurses of this group will also complete The Ageism Scale in Hospital Care again.</i_freetext>
