So selecting hospitals was done with randomize method and drawing help. N/A Communication skills training based on Calgary- cambridge. Intervention group: 35 midwives in Firozabadi hospital are in intervention group and 35 midwives in akbarabadi hospital are in control group. Also sharing the information about original outcome is possible.
