<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Single blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: In this research, randomization into two groups will be done by block randomization method. In this way, 60 double blocks will be considered in such a way that 30 blocks with order A and dimension B and another 30 blocks with order B and dimension A will be considered. Then, using RAND command in Excel software, 60 random numbers will be generated and using these numbers, these 60 blocks will be arranged randomly. Then, people are entered into the intervention group A and the control group B according to the study entry and A and B respectively in each block. In this way, two groups of 30 people will be randomly assigned to intervention and control groups, Blinding description: Lack of knowledge of participants about random allocation in two groups of control and intervention.</study_design>
