      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: For the experimental group 1 (peer-to-peer) six sessions of 45 minutes of consultation in a suitable and comfortable environment and observing the distance and health protocols to prevent COVID-19 in the research environment, by the researcher, the graduate student of emergency nursing and having 8 years of clinical work experience in the emergency department who has passed the ethics training courses and will be presented in accordance with Table 2. It should be noted that in order to observe ethics in research, the time and place of counseling sessions will be determined in coordination with the participants. The training method was questions, answers and group discussions The training content of these sessions is as follows:First session Statement of course objectives, introduction to ethical theories with nursing approach and the importance of ethics in the nursing profession؛  The second session is a review of the contents of the previous session, the principle of respect for patient autonomy, including informed consent, confidentiality and privacy؛ The third session is a review of the contents of the previous session, the principle of benefit, including honesty in providing treatment and care services and building trust in the patient؛ The fourth session is a review of the contents of the previous session, the principle of doing no harm ؛ The fifth session is a review of the contents of the previous session, the principle of justice with the axes of respect for human dignity and distributive justice ؛ The sixth training session of patient ethics charter and patient support. Intervention 2: Intervention group: In the experimental group 2 (narrative method) in order to provide the necessary training in the form of educational film, defining scenarios, lectures and pamphlets will be held virtually for the participants of the group, training will be presented in six sessions of 45 minutes and one session each week in the Sky room software space so that the members of the group have enough time to receive, discuss and exchange information and at the end of the meetings will be summed up.
