Intervention 1: Intervention group: After oral health education in the begining of the treatment by dentist, active reminding of oral health education by SMS in the beginning of study then daily in first month after that two times a week in second and third months will be sent .The content of the SMS is a reminder to do oral and dental hygiene by using a manual toothbrush and dental floss in accordance with standard prophylactic principle. Intervention 2: Intervention group: this group receives oral and dental hygiene recommendations from the dentist at the beginning of the treatment and they do not receive reminder messages.
